This privacy policy (hereinafter – the Policy) sets out how SIA “Tomsona 33” (hereinafter – we, the Controller) processes the personal data of natural persons (hereinafter – you, the Data Subject) obtained on the website katrinas5.bettrweb.com (hereinafter – the Website) in connection with the “Viesturdārza Rezidence” project.

2. What personal data we process
We process personal data that you provide to us voluntarily, as well as data obtained automatically when you use the Website.
Data you provide by filling out application forms (applying for a consultation, apartment reservation) or otherwise communicating with us:
- name (and surname);

- phone number;
- message content and other information you voluntarily provide in your request.
Data obtained automatically when you visit the Website: technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, and information about Website usage obtained through cookies (see Section 6).
3. Purposes and legal basis for personal data processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
- Processing of requests and communication – to answer your questions, provide consultations about the project and available apartments, and maintain communication. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a possible contract, as well as our legitimate interest in responding to received requests (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Apartment reservation and transaction preparation – to process the reservation application and prepare the necessary documents. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and the performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Sending news and marketing communications (if you have consented by checking the relevant box) – to inform you about project news and offers. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
- Ensuring and improving Website operation – to maintain Website functionality, security, and analyze its usage. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) and, regarding non-essential cookies, your consent.
- Compliance with legal obligations and protection of legal interests – to comply with regulatory requirements and, if necessary, defend our legal interests. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation and our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(c) and (f)).
4. Personal data retention period
We store your personal data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the respective processing purpose or as specified by legislation:

- data related to reservations and transactions – in accordance with the requirements of contractual obligations and legislation (including accounting regulations);
